I had the absolute BEST experience with Mr. Dylan Bouchard at the Daytona Beach Toyota Dealership. I have never had this much exceptional service from the dealership before. I went into the office not knowing what my outcome would be, and he sat by my side and listened and gave me as many options as possible, given my tough situation. I would recommend this guy to ANY of my friends, coworkers, or family members. Dylan is your dude if you need a great deal and a vehicle. Dylan was very sympathetic to my needs and the situation that I was in and truly showed me that he is not just a salesman.

I bought a fantastic pre-owned Highlander at Daytona Toyota and I love it. Jame Mosher was my salesman and is now a friend. James said he would either find me a second key or have the Sales Manager order one for me at no charge. I came back to James and he did what he said he would do. James and Charles Mallard (Sales Manager) went out of their way to quickly get an order written for me to get a new key. Thank you guys for the great customer service. I have now bought 2 vehicles from Daytona Toyota. Antoinette Pace was my sales person for both and would ask for her again if I needed something else. She goes out of her way to answer any questions and help. Both vehicles are wonderful!

Charles and Dawson were the absolute most excellent sales people we have ever worked with. I cannot believe how nice my 2023 forerunner is they got us way under budget and the vehicle came with seven years 100,000 miles of warranty in lifetime! These people are incredible. Had a great experience here that was breath of fresh air after all the other places I’d been. I had Marlin and Jimmy helping me to get an awesome truck I really love and at a price I can afford. I am so happy with my beautiful brand new RAV4! The service we received from every person from reception to getting the keys was excellent. Dylan and Mike in sales were so easy to work with, so friendly, and have such genuine care and respect for their customers. They were able to get us exactly the car we wanted, same day. Paul in finance was also so helpful and patient and he had us laughing the entire time.
