My 2023 Prius would not start. A battery issue. AAA got it running. I drove to Daytona Toyota for the first time. There I met with service advisor Emily Barnes. I told her the problem. She instantly knew what was wrong. She wrote up the paperwork and said it would be an hour and a half. Sure enough it was. I want to thank Emily for her knowledge, courtesy, and professionalism. She is an asset to the dealership. Thanks again!

Had an excellent experience with this dealership. Xavier my salesman was professional and easy to work with. He helped me out multiple times over the period of purchasing the truck, solving a couple issues, and even staying late when I couldn’t get there on time after work. I got a great deal on the truck I wanted. A couple weeks later, truck was having an issue with the battery, and Xavier as well as managers James and Aaron got it resolved quickly and professionally, and put me in a rental car at no cost for the couple days it took. I would recommend this dealership and above mentioned employees to anyone in the market for a good deal and professional service.

This applies to new car sales. We have bought and owned a couple cars over the years mostly toyotas. We had our truck in for service and decided to just look at upgrading out our prius. We were walking by Neil's desk and he immediately was super friendly,respectful, interactive with both my husband and myself.. As a 21 year retired combat veteran this is important. He shared the pride of having brothers who serve. We were never pressured into anything. We spent a couple hours going between the camry and prius. He even drove back to our home to pick up the prius we were trading in. This is the first time I have ever enjoyed buying a car. Neil does service to excellence and knows his specs on cars.
