I had a very good experience with everyone. I’m so excited about my Tacoma truck, which I have been looking at for a long time. I did feel very rushed at the end but that was because I had had to get to an meetingand wish I had had a little bit more time to myself to think about what I was doing. It was pretty noisy in there and overwhelming.

I bought a used car and the experience was great. They even give you lifetime oil changes for a used vehicle. I am very pleased with my purchase

I must talk about my wonderful experience with Jeff and Patrick at Toyota on Nova Rd in Daytona beach, FL. I purchased my beautiful Rav4 over text with Patrick because I couldn't leave work. Best car buying experience ever! Patrick sent pictures, prices, information, etc... We made an agreement, and test drove the car with Jeff after work. Jeff did my paperwork; I signed a check and drove home with my beautiful car. The next day, I decided I did not want the extended warranty. I texted Patrick and he said I can come in, sit with a Finance Rep (sorry I forgot his name, but he was also awesome) he helped me with my refund, no questions asked. Received my check in 2 weeks!
