Salesman was a sweetheart, Andrew Swain. I had my 2020 Honda Crv totalled by a drunk driver the week before so my finances were limited until my insurance payout. I told him I needed $30,000 out the door snd he got me a great deal. 2024 Camry LE, 8800 miles, certified, convenience package and moonroof. Red was the icing on the cake. No hidden charges or hard sell. It was a wonderful reprieve after a horrific incident.

Vacation SAVED, thanks to Kerri! Wow, what a great experience (and that's not something I would typically say after a trip to the car dealership!) My car (2022 Rav4 Prime) had an "engine issue" as my wife and I were heading to a hotel on Daytona Beach on Friday evening. We made it to the hotel, and, forgetting about the car, had a great night on the beach! The next morning, Saturday, I remembered the car and was prepared to spend the day (and maybe all of Labor Day weekend) dealing with the situation. I called Daytona Toyota at 10 a.m. (a live person answered right away) about the warning light, and they suggested I tow it in. "Here we go, I thought." But, only 30 minutes later, as the tow truck drove into the service area, I was met by Kerri Dunn. What a gem! She checked me in, and she and the cashier team set me up in a loaner car. I was back at the beach by 12 p.m.! Kerri called a few hours later with the news: "Ted, some animals have gotten into the engine and eaten the wires. But not to worry, we'll get it fixed up for you! Enjoy your weekend, and come back for the car when you're ready next week." I just went to pick it up. In typical fashion, Kerri was right there and had me back in my fixed-up and CLEAN car and on the road in 20 minutes! If animals ever eat my engine wires again, I hope I'm near Daytona Toyota!

I usually go through the car purchasing process every 2 to 3 years, and of all my experiences, this has been the best to-date. I live 200 miles south and working with Kyle made every mile travel worth while. The team was straightforward, honest, and far from sleezy. Daytona Toyota has gained customer 200 miles away, so that should say all that needs to be said about the dealer and what they stand for.

I'm excited to be back in a Toyota. The staff at Toyota Daytona were great. My salesman, Seymour Smalls, was very patient on an extremely hot day and helped me search through all their used cars. And the finance director, Todd Pierce, was incredible and was relentless until he found me the best financing option. I highly recommend this dealership for the best customer service.

Although it was an unusual purchase, the people at the dealership made it pretty easy. I live over 1000 miles away and flew to Orlando and I was picked up the next day from my hotel by the airport and everything was complete by shortly after noon. Great job.
