The whole experience was terrific. Dominick was great, he showed my wife and myself around. We looked at several cars, Dominick was patient and answered all our questions. There was no haggling over price, we let him know what we could afford and we left with a new car. From start to finish, sales to finance, everything just went well. There was no pressure to buy a car and we ended up leaving with one.

Daytona Toyota recently repaired my vehicle in their body shop. I have no complaints about that. The people were nice and took good care of my vehicle. The reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is because while my car was in their shop I had the courtesy shuttle pick me up so I could retrieve my vehicle. The gentleman who picked me up was very nice .. however… he was coughing , a lot. He could barely speak.. and that is no exaggeration. He had to catch his breath a few times . He told me it was his asthma and that he didn’t have Covid. ( I never asked). But I did feel a little uncomfortable being I was in the front seat next to him. Fast forward to two days later and I’m coughing terribly along with a bad headache. I tested for Covid and lo and behold it was positive. I’m very confident that this man got me sick . I was only within close proximity to 2 other people that day and neither of them were sick at all. I’m retired so I’m at home. I feel like it was irresponsible of this person to be shuttling customers around when clearly he was sick. I called the dealership to talk to someone in Managment but they never got back to me. *****. UPDATE****** Yesterday I purchased a brand new 2025 4Runner ORP. Both Dominick and Dylan were wonderful and very accommodating. They took the time to explain all of the technology to me as this car is a huge upgrade from my 2023 4 runner. Everything was seamless and easy, not all the back and forth that you get at so many dealerships. I would highly recommend Daytona Toyota!

I usually go through the car purchasing process every 2 to 3 years, and of all my experiences, this has been the best to-date. I live 200 miles south and working with Kyle made every mile travel worth while. The team was straightforward, honest, and far from sleezy. Daytona Toyota has gained customer 200 miles away, so that should say all that needs to be said about the dealer and what they stand for. 3 weeks later update. Leased a second vehicle, a Tacoma from these guys. No nonsense, gave me bottom line and I did enough shopping around to know it was a good deal. I may have gotten close to their numbers locally in south florida, but I always lean on the side of integrity and these guys had more than all the other dealers I was dealing with.
