Just got my 2026 RAV4 Limited back home. Wanted to thank my salesman, Mike, who was absolutely amazing. Got me pretty much exactly what I wanted and quicker than the estimated timeframe. Only took like 2 hours to get the car all ready when I came in and do paperwork and off I went. Shoutout Mike big time and can't wait to enjoy my new car.

Daytona Toyota recently repaired my vehicle in their body shop. I have no complaints about that. The people were nice and took good care of my vehicle. The reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is because while my car was in their shop I had the courtesy shuttle pick me up so I could retrieve my vehicle. The gentleman who picked me up was very nice .. however… he was coughing , a lot. He could barely speak.. and that is no exaggeration. He had to catch his breath a few times . He told me it was his asthma and that he didn’t have Covid. ( I never asked). But I did feel a little uncomfortable being I was in the front seat next to him. Fast forward to two days later and I’m coughing terribly along with a bad headache. I tested for Covid and lo and behold it was positive. I’m very confident that this man got me sick . I was only within close proximity to 2 other people that day and neither of them were sick at all. I’m retired so I’m at home. I feel like it was irresponsible of this person to be shuttling customers around when clearly he was sick. I called the dealership to talk to someone in Managment but they never got back to me. *****. UPDATE****** Yesterday I purchased a brand new 2025 4Runner ORP. Both Dominick and Dylan were wonderful and very accommodating. They took the time to explain all of the technology to me as this car is a huge upgrade from my 2023 4 runner. Everything was seamless and easy, not all the back and forth that you get at so many dealerships. I would highly recommend Daytona Toyota!
