We love Daytona Toyota! Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the vehicles. Our most recent experience was on October 27th when we took our Toyota Tundra in for it's routine maintenance. While waiting we met Michael Sequeira. He was eager to answer any questions. Absolutely no pressure. Michael and his team went above and beyond and we went home with a 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid we weren't planning on buying but couldn't resist. We have been to other dealers especially Toyota dealers and gotta say that Daytona Toyota has been the best by far. Don't go anywhere else. Not only did they get us what we wanted but was able to work around our needs to get us into our new vehicle for the 2nd time. My wife got her vehicle that shes been wanting since her accident. Need a vehicle go see Jeff H. I also wanted to give a shout out to the sales manager Patrick for helping us out as well as the finance manager Paul. Everyone was great. First I must say how absolutely wonderful Cordney Harris was helping us purchase our new 2025 Rav4! We had him running all around for us digging deep to insure we had everything we asked for plus more. We were with him for several hours and it never felt like it, he was such a honest hard working man for sure and I will ALWAYS refer him to everyone!. Cordney made us feel like family! You definitely should use him to train your sales people! Then he sent us up to finance, that is where we met Kiki! She was the icing on the cake! How efficient and thorough she was. While we were waiting for her, was a busy day, she actually helped 3 people to the other financial person 1! We prayed not to get him! We felt blessed to be able to have Kiki assist us. Overall, I’m very happy with the window tinting on my new car — it looks great and was done in a timely manner. The quality of the tint itself is seems to be excellent so far, im on day 2 and I appreciate the clean finish and attention to detail on the windows. However, when I picked my car up, I did notice that my dog seat covers had been removed and put back rather carelessly. One was thrown on the floor, and the other was half on and turned around backwards, with the dog car seat straps tangled and out of place. I completely understand that they needed to remove them to do the work, but I would have preferred they simply placed everything neatly in my trunk rather than putting it back in that condition. Other than that small issue, the service and tint quality were great, and I’d still recommend them — just a little more care with personal items next time would make it a perfect experience.

I just bought a Toyota RAV4 premium from k’Jorn Simmons. This car took about three months to finally arrive. I wanted a white car with light interior. I was real picky. It kept getting delayed. If K’Jorn was not my salesman I would have walked away soon after the two months promised. He never doubted or got discouraged. He encouraged me and kept me going. Wow this is the first time I use their service department and I was very impressed. No sale tactic, no scam, everything is at front and clear. I am in Orlando and I will rather drive the hour and fifteen that takes me to get there than dealing with the scam Auto Nation has. The is no pressure at all, I was free to walk around to see other cars and I was never chase by a sales guy trying to sell me a car. They only introduced themselves and let you know that they there if you have questions. Incredibly place if I coil I will give them 10 start, BTW Emily was my advisor and she told on the dot how long it was going to take. Thank you for the great job you are doing.
