We have bought and sold numerous vehicles over the years and this was by far the easiest purchase that we have ever been a part of. We started the process online and our salesperson, Kaley Irizarry, was quick to respond and get the process rolling. Kaley was extremely personable, professional and quick to have an answer to our questions. Then, the dreaded part! We meet the finance manager. The Closer! The high pressure part is coming! My wife and I could not have been more wrong! Walid Issa was no high pressure sales guy. He was pleasent, knowledgeable and he actually sweetened the deal. We had never experienced that in a financial manager. Sales Manager Jimmy Wilkes was involved throughout the process and was available whenever a question came up. He was also very knowledgeable regarding the specific off road features and capabilities of the Tacoma and took the time and answered all our questions. All in all, Very pleased with the truck, dealership, people, financing and everyone else involved in our purchase. We can't say anything negative regarding this purchase and totally recommend.

I want to share my story on how I ended up at Toyota Daytona. One day while driving Uber, I picked up a passenger who asked me to stop at 7-Eleven for some drinks. He even offered to get me one too, which I thought was kind. Back in the car, I asked him if he knew what was causing the sound my car was making. He said, ‘Yes, it’s your brakes.’ I told him I’d need to get that fixed. On the way to his drop-off, I mentioned wanting an electric car. He said, ‘No, don’t get electric—get a Hybrid.’ When I dropped him off, he handed me his business card and said, ‘You can spend the money on new brakes or you can get a new car.’ I didn’t realize until later that this gentleman was Gib, the owner of Toyota Daytona! After thinking about it, I decided to take him up on his offer. When I called, Gib was out of town, but he told me to ask for Brian P when I arrived. That’s when I was introduced to the vibrant and funny Antoinette, who made me feel so comfortable. When I told her the story of how I met Gib, she smiled and said, ‘You know he’s the owner, right? You gave him an Uber ride.’ I was blown away—I had no idea! She reminded me, ‘You never know who you pick up in an Uber,’ and she was absolutely right. From start to finish, Gib’s entire team treated me with kindness, professionalism, and true care. They made my car buying experience unforgettable and helped me get into a beautiful 2025 Toyota Corolla Hybrid. I wouldn’t have had it any other way. Had a great experience at Daytona Toyota! My Sales Rep, Triston was awesome! A nice, young man & highly motivated! He spoke with his manager & made me an offer on my trade in, as well as the new vehicle. When I declined the offer he asked what i had in mind, I told him, he went back to his manager & that was it! I can't say enough good things about this dealership. I've bought 2 cars from them this year, and both transactions were flawless. Our salesperson Amanda V is kind, personable, and honest. She doesn't make you go through hoops to complete a sale and worked hard to get us exactly the car and price point we wanted. Kiki was our finance manager, and she was quick, efficient and friendly. I would recommend them both to everyone! It's nice to work with a dealership that is honest and straightforward with their pricing.

Although it was an unusual purchase, the people at the dealership made it pretty easy. I live over 1000 miles away and flew to Orlando and I was picked up the next day from my hotel by the airport and everything was complete by shortly after noon. Great job.

Great buying experience here. My sales guy Triston hooked me up with a great deal on my 25 Land Cruiser. Drove from Atlanta for 7 hours and the trip was totally worth it. Gave me great trade in value on my 22 Ram 1500 as well. The whole process is very simple and easy. The dealer handled my GA TVAT directly so I can get the trade in tax break as of I am buying in Georgia. Paul in Finance was also helpful and delightful to work with. This dealer is selling a bunch of cars (at least while we were waiting there. Yes you need to get inline for the Finance manager. Is that busy.)despite a complete re-construction underway. Very impressive.

I put an inquiry in online and he reached out within 10 minutes to help me determine which car would be best for me financially. Purchased a new vehicle this past July and the entire process was a breeze. It took time, but the process went smoothly and efficiently. At first, I was not certain I was going to purchase the vehicle because it was not my color preference. However, after looking at it , I changed my mind. It had everything I wanted and actually, the color was my second choice. It also did not hurt that the deal was a super good one. The sales staff worked with me through the entire process, answering any questions or concerns I had. I was there about about 2 to 2 1/2 hours but I left there with the vehicle I wanted and the payments I was comfortable with. A great team of knowledgeable and professional staff.
