From the beginning we had a great experience with Dawson, once we coordinated schedules he had the vehicle ready for us to look and and even did a test drive in the rain. We were looking for a hybrid RAV4. My husband researched the specifics that we wanted in our new car. We were fortunate to get Dominick as our sales associate. He called us and talked price, etc( other dealers in area wouldn’t discuss any specific s). The car we wanted already had a deposit on it, they gave us a slightly priced vehicle for same price as negotiated. Great trade in value for our current car. We had our new car in less than 6hrs. Deal was finalized via phone. Owner stopped to thank us for our business. Added bonus…. Dealership is brand new with cafe/etc. I highly recommend this Toyota dealership. We traveled from St Augustine to purchase our vehicle.

First I must say how absolutely wonderful Cordney Harris was helping us purchase our new 2025 Rav4! We had him running all around for us digging deep to insure we had everything we asked for plus more. We were with him for several hours and it never felt like it, he was such a honest hard working man for sure and I will ALWAYS refer him to everyone!. Cordney made us feel like family! You definitely should use him to train your sales people! Then he sent us up to finance, that is where we met Kiki! She was the icing on the cake! How efficient and thorough she was. While we were waiting for her, was a busy day, she actually helped 3 people to the other financial person 1! We prayed not to get him! We felt blessed to be able to have Kiki assist us.
