Our Story

Founded in 1974, the Daytona Toyota dealership was transformed in 1996 when Gib Dannehower Sr., along with partner Bruce Rossmeyer, bought Daytona Toyota, laying the groundwork for the dealership’s future growth. His pioneering leadership steered the dealership through decades of industry shifts, allowing sustainable growth while expanding across Daytona, Palm Coast, and Ormond Beach, Florida.

In 2015, Daytona Toyota marked its first major expansion, creating a dedicated home for used car operations and a full-service auto body shop, strategically located behind the Krispy Kreme on the northeast corner of Nova Road and West International Speedway Boulevard.

Continuing its legacy of growth, Daytona Toyota marked its next chapter with the opening of an ultramodern showroom and service center. The new facility delivers comprehensive sales, service, and maintenance under one roof, designed to elevate customer experience.
