2018 Toyota Avalon Trim Levels

2018 Toyota Avalon XLE

The base edition of the Avalon is equipped with a powerful 3.5-liter V6 engine, capable of providing 268-horsepower, linked to a 6-speed automatic transmission. This transmission comes with different drive modes to customize your drive, whether you’re looking for better power, fuel efficiency or a mix of both.

Leather upholstery comes standard, so the interior has a luxurious feel. The front seats are heated, and the driver’s seat can be adjusted eight different ways, giving drivers complete control over how they want to sit. Entune™ Audio Plus with the navigation app comes with a 7-inch high-resolution touchscreen, eight crisp-sounding speakers, and voice recognition hands-free capability. 

And the Avalon is well-suited for any drive thanks to Toyota Safety Sense™ P, Toyota’s exclusive safety features. The pre-collision system with pedestrian detection can alert you to a forward collision, while lane departure alert with steering assist guides the 2018 Avalon back to the lane it should be in. 2018 Toyota Avalon XLE Plus

While the XLE trim has a Smart Key System on the driver’s side and trunk with push button start technology, this trim adds the tech to the front doors instead of just the driver’s side.

A power tilt/slide moonroof with sliding sunshade is another standout feature on this trim, allowing you to let a little light in when the weather is nice, but stay cool when you want.

2018 Toyota Avalon XLE Premium

The XLE Premium trim brings Entune Premium Audio™ with Integrated Navigation and App Suite into focus. Search the center console touchscreen and find your favorite music apps, traffic, weather, and even make dinner reservations.

The driver’s seat and outside mirrors come with memory systems, allowing multiple drivers of the Avalon to set things to their liking. 

In terms of safety, blind spot monitoring and rear-cross traffic alert is standard on the XLE Premium. When changing lines or backing up in a parking lot, the system will work to protect you.

2018 Toyota Avalon Touring

This is probably the sportiest version of the 2018 Avalon, with touring-specific suspension providing a different, sportier feel when gripping the wheel. The black wood-grain-style interior trim is sleek and sporty, as are the 18-inch dark gray alloy wheels.

On the exterior, LED headlights and LED daytime running lights provide extra light for both you and other cars on the road.

2018 Toyota Avalon Limited

The top trim of the Avalon is loaded up with plenty of goodies. The premium leather-trimmed heated and ventilated front seats ensure those riding up front are comfortable regardless of what Mother Nature has in store. And, tri-zone automatic climate control provides proper temperatures to everyone throughout the cabin.

Hybrid 2018 Avalon Vehicles

Along with the standard offerings, the 2018 Avalon has three hybrid offerings of the XLE Plus, XLE Premium and Limited. There are no major exterior or interior differences, but the Avalon hybrid makes one major change under the hood.
