This event will raise money for those in need and continue the charitable legacy of Chuck Strasser, who passed away last year. Proceeds for this event go to local and worldwide missions to help place orphans in loving adoptive homes and aid teams traveling the world to help those in need.
Christmas Spectacular Holiday Home Tour
Take a holiday tour of the Stetson Mansion. This Gilded Age residence was built in 1886, and during the holidays, you have the chance to walk around and admire the beautiful architecture and decorations. However, this year’s tour also is celebrating the 200th anniversary of the song Silent Night. Tours start on run through January 15.
Daytona Beach Christmas Boat Parade
The Daytona Beach Christmas Boat Parade will occur on December 10 by the Seabreeze Bridge South. This year’s boat parade will work with the local charity Light the Way Volusia and celebrate the 120th anniversary of the Halifax River Yacht Club.
